BGRemover provides AI-powered background removal for images. The service is offered free of charge, with no signup required. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the service at any time without notice.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to use BGRemover to:
- Process images you do not have the legal right to use.
- Process content that is illegal, harmful, abusive, hateful, harassing, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable.
- Process images that infringe copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, or any other right of any third party.
- Process images depicting child sexual abuse material (CSAM). Any such use will be reported to authorities.
- Attempt to disrupt, attack, overload, scrape, or reverse-engineer the service.
- Automate use of the service beyond reasonable personal/professional use.
- Resell BGRemover output as a paid API or competing service without permission.
4. Your content
You retain all rights to the images you upload. By uploading, you grant BGRemover a limited, temporary licence solely to process the image and return the result to you. We do not use your images for training, marketing, or any purpose beyond fulfilling your background-removal request.
5. Output
Background-removed output images are yours to use freely, including for commercial purposes, provided you have the rights to the underlying source image. BGRemover does not claim ownership of any output.
6. Disclaimers
BGRemover is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or meet your specific requirements. AI-generated cutouts are not always perfect, so review your output before using it.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, BGRemover and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the service.
8. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless BGRemover and its operators from any claim or demand arising out of your use of the service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party right.
